Hi Jonathan.
I am sitting in Boston with irit Altman and we were trying to get some work done. This seemed a good time to activate my Mac personal upgrade, and we are also getting around to moving the new 64-bit version onto the cloud.
My personal upgrade download was unsuccessful, and I don't know why. The problem I am having is in activating the program. The license code listed on my downloads folder on the Simile website is d******
Can you please check if this is correct, or what I might be doing wrong? I copied everything precisely into the box, but it keeps telling me the license code or something is wrong.

Hi,
the code checks out.
Possible problems are not entering the Name and Institution fields exactly as given, any leading or trailing spaces should be trimmed off but at this staqe could you check you are not entering (or pasting) any trailiing (or leading) spaces.
I've also tried to email this to you at your bu.edu address but get a bounce back
