Enhancements

If a model is an association of only fixed membership models, and does not itself include an existence condition, then it is also fixed membership. This makes life easier when exchanging values between a top-level submodel whose dimensions have a certain meaning, and a nested submodel whose own dimensions have the same meaning

It is now possible to examine values from multi-instance submodels showing only those for a certain instance. This is done by entering the index in the new 'filter' field in the model diagram IO tool, after which popups in that tool, or snapshots taken by clicking in the tool, show only values with the given indices.

Save format options now include 'source data only' -- saving only the files necessary to build and run the model, i.e., not the diagram canvas, c++ code or executable binary. This makes managing the model with a version-control system such as Git work better.

Popup messages when hovering over plot traces now also inform if there are other traces hidden below the one whose info is shown

Improvements to the way edits to a component's physical units propagate to other components influenced by it, allowing units of components in influence loops to be adjusted more easily

Fixes

The bundled help pages were not working -- in the Windows version, this was because the new TclTk did not include the HTML help interface, so Windows now opens the pages in the browser instead. Also fixed in Linux and MacOS.

Following extensive modeller attitude research we realized that the 'alarm clock' symbol, and 'alarm' description for the condition for exiting a loop specified by an iteration submodel was not appropriate for the actual iteration function. Henceforth these models will always be known as iteration submodels, and the symbol for the iteration exit condition, previously the alarm clock, is now a branching influence symbolizing that execution can go either back to the submodel's influence loop or on outside the submodel

With IO tool setups involving multiple notebook pages each with multiple panes, the sashes separating the panes could get moved right to the edge of the tab, hiding the contents of some panes. This is now fixed -- the pane layout is always saved and restored correctly

Stopping model execution if it gets stuck now works reliably

Models including the after() function now close down cleanly -- previously, closing them could cause a crash

Fixed up import of 2-D subdatasets from files in NetCDF format

Deleting a data logger IO tool no longer causes instability

File parameters no longer fail to take effect or save as references after 'use elsewhere'

Opening a model saved with a reference to a separate parameter metafile would delete that file, sorted

Model diagram IO tool now shows submodel colours

'Between points' field for time series parameter now shows right selection

Better behaviour for fixed parameters with default values in model equation

Better handling of enumerated types as array indices

Tidy up old file parameter data when model no longer needs it

Fixes to base instance lookup and size-by-reference

Several fixes to 'debug mode'
