Styles can be overriden in the theme css so that might be a good centralised place. Our custom theme will depend on nice menus.

The horizontal menu should right justified.

The left hand menubar is too long at present and the user has to scroll down the page (often beyond the page content) to see some of the items.

Having a horizontal menu is approved of especially with the idea of the LH menu being localised to suit the horizontal menu selection. The LH menu being headed with the current top level section title.

Drop down items on the horizontal menu bar would give a quick over view.

It would let us have a horizontal menu bar with drop down menus so users can see what's in the menus as they mouse over.

Add teaching club apply.php form. As admin user 0 and just include the php?

The phpbb2drupal module is out of date.

From our point of view this is a bug but it seems a design choice by Drupal for their projects.  (Not an ideal choice though, I think.)

Any administrator can create issue records but even if we have agreed who will do what the assigned person has to edit the issue themselves to update the assigned field.

This has aleady been added as a feature request, http://drupal.org/node/4354, and has some hacks that may work for our site.
